Baron Spilsbury employs his own security force to protect the Black Canyon Mine, gold ore shipments, whiskey & meat shipments and to ensure the safety of all who live and work in Black Canyon. Given that most criminals are male, BS Security is a combined force of attractive ladies and tough men. The ladies ensure that criminals are distracted, making it easier for the men of BS Security to apprehend them.

BS has long insisted on interviewing all female candidates for BS Security. More recently the Baroness has elected to conduct final interview with male candidates who have passed various physical and skill tests. The Baroness assesses their ‘character’. BS has never revealed what he looks for in female candidates though his hiring trends provide some clues!
