BS Livestock

Impressed with BS Whisky, fine dining establishments asked BS if he could supply high quality meats. BS had zero farming experience, let alone livestock experience, but assured the enquirers that he could. He lured a talented livestock farmer to Black Canyon with the promise of an adequate budget to produce top quality meats.

The combination of the farmer’s talents, BS’ investments in grazing land beyond Black Canyon and the latest processing equipment worked. By the following year, ‘BS Gold Meats’ were being enjoyed by wealthy patrons of fine dining establishments in San Francisco, and a couple of years later by diners in Sacramento, San Jose, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle & Denver.
